Strengthening Employee Skills

Organizational Development is the central training department for Tri-C staff. We offer free training in administrative systems and processes, professional development, supervisor and leadership development and coaching. We also provide customized training development services for the college community.

Instructor Led Training

We offer instructor lead training (ILT) for a variety of technical and soft skill areas. ILT classes are schedule throughout the year, topics include:

Coaching

Coaching is offered to individuals and groups. Our coaches will work with you to develop a personalized plan for you or your team.
