Join the city of Cleveland in their Veterans Day ceremony. Celebrate with us the acknowledgement of Tri-C's chosen Veteran student of the year, Tony Morales. Stay after the ceremony for the Veterans Day parade, featuring marching bands, military units, veterans, and community organizations.

Online Math Tutoring

Join Nick Nunez, our Western campus student liaison, for free math tutoring. Nick has been tutoring math for more than seven years and has experience tutoring math courses ranging from pre-college Algebra to Calculus II. To ask about availability and to set up one-on-one appointments, contact Nick Nunez.

Patriot Art Foundation

Connect with other Veterans through art. The Patriot Art Foundation offers free art programs/materials for Veterans that wish to use art as a conduit for self-expression, connection, or purpose. Keep an eye on the Watercolor Bootcamp, an online six-week program, that runs twice yearly.

Vet Tix

Vet Tix secures tickets to sporting events, concerts, performing arts, educational and family activities across the nation.Vet Tix provides tickets to events which reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, build life-long memories and encourage service members and veterans to stay engaged with local communities and American life. Vet Tix provides tickets to all branches of currently-serving Military and Veterans, including immediate family of troops KIA.

Red Cross Reconnection Workshops

The Red Cross offers free, confidential workshops to assist military-connected individuals and families navigate the challenges that come with being in, or being close with, someone in the military. These workshops cover a wide range of topics including: stress-management, dealing with trauma, understanding anger, helping adolescents deal with challenges such as constant moving, and more.

VA Outreach Events

The VA hosts job fairs, benefits seminars, workshops, and more across the country. Visit the VA's outreach and events page to learn more about outreach opportunities available.

Tickets for the Troops

OSU Ohio's Tickets for the Troops program offers free or discounted tickets to many different types of events for military personnel. In addition anybody is welcome to donate tickets to OSU Ohio for this program. For more information and to sign-up for notifications, visit OSU Ohio.
